How to withdraw consent

Write to the email address on our Contact page or message us on WhatsApp with your name, mobile number and the words “Withdraw consent”. You can also tell our advisor on any call.

What happens next

We will stop marketing calls and messages to your number and mark your record accordingly. If you have an application in progress, we may still contact you about that application unless you ask us to stop it as well.

Information already shared with a lender

If you had already applied to a bank or NBFC through us, that lender holds your information under its own privacy policy. Please contact the lender directly to withdraw consent with them.
