This policy explains how Deals of Arya Finserv Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (“Loan Ki Dukaan”, “we”) collects and uses your personal information when you use this website.

What we collect

When you fill a form, we collect your name, mobile number, city and details about the loan or card you need, such as amount, employment type and income range. We also record the page you came from and advertising campaign tags, to understand which of our ads are useful.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your enquiry, assess which lenders may suit you, and help you apply. With your consent, we may contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

When you decide to apply, we share the required details with the bank or NBFC you choose. We do not sell your personal information. Our service providers (such as hosting, CRM and messaging tools) process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies, the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits, see which parts of the pages are hard to use, and improve our ads. Clarity hides what you type in forms. We keep the ad click reference you arrived with for up to 90 days so we know which ad brought you. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

When you submit a form, we share a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your mobile number with Google to measure which of our Google ads bring enquiries. Google cannot read the original number from this.

When you submit a form, we also record your IP address and browser type, and share a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your mobile number, name and city with Meta (Facebook) to measure which of our ads bring genuine enquiries. Meta cannot read the original details from this. We do not share your income, credit score or loan amount with Meta.

If mobile verification is switched on, we send a one-time code to your number by SMS or WhatsApp only to confirm the number belongs to you.

To save you typing, this website remembers your first name, mobile number, city and the loan you looked at on your own device (browser storage), so it can welcome you back and fill forms for you. Use “Not you? Clear my details” on the website, or clear your browser data, to remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by writing to us using the details on our Contact page.

What we will never ask

We will never ask for a bank or card OTP, card PIN, CVV or net banking password. This website may send a one-time code only to confirm your mobile number when you fill a form.
